An Art Director Intern must be extremely coordinated and able to flip between multiple brands, each with a different voice and tone. This is an internship so you don’t need to have any prior work history in a related field, but you do need an impressive portfolio. Because we’ll expect you to:  

  • Think up conceptual, visual ideas to solve complicated problems in the business world
  • Concept disruptive things that could change the entire world
  • Work alongside creative and strategy teammates, staying open to creative direction and understanding the power of collaboration to build an idea or design
  • Be self-motivated and demonstrate a strong work ethic and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist on film production in concepting, shoot, and edit stages
  • Make beautiful PowerPoint presentations that impress clients
  • Illustrate concepts with expert skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Flex your muscles with AfterEffects, Premier, and/or Final Cut Pro as we often create visual assets for video (not necessary but would be a plus!)

The BrightHouse internship program is a paid internship in our Atlanta office over 
the summer.
