Do you like to concept, design, prototype, and build brand experiences that help people and that push the envelope of what is technologically possible? Are you constantly pushing how people experience and interact with things until they reach transcendence? Are you willing to work on big brands and bring amazing purposeful creative work to life? DESIGN INTERN REQUIREMENTS

  • At least two years of college
  • Portfolio of great experience designs

 

An Experience Design Intern must create intuitive, engaging experiences that people want to visit, use, and visit again. They understand what people need and want in the digital space and in real life. This is an internship so you don’t need to have any prior work history in a related field, but you do need an impressive portfolio. Because we’ll expect you to:

 

  • Create interactive experiences that are useful to people and help our clients activate Purpose
  • Concept disruptive things that could change the entire world
  • Identify key ideas to drive projects and how to implement them in multiple channels
  • Provide deliverables including prototypes, proof of concept documents, wire frames, user flows, use cases, and user scenarios
  • Present various aspects of the user experience to development team and clients
  • Track and monitor progress on development and quality of the experience
  • Work alongside creative and strategy teammates, staying open to creative direction and understanding the power of collaboration to build an idea or design
  • Be self-motivated and demonstrate a strong work ethic and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
